This activity combines high aerobic and technical elements, where you will learn the basics of this martial art. We focus on teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration through exercises that combine technique and body control.<\/p>\n Surf Shaping Workshop.<\/strong> We will visit one of the best-known surfboard factories in Zarautz. During the visit, you will have the opportunity to see how a surfboard is made from scratch. You will learn about the different processes, from hand shaping to sanding and glazing, etc. You will discover the main materials used to make a surfboard, traditional techniques, and the most modern methods using surf technology.<\/p>\n Yoga.<\/strong> After intense surf sessions, a little stretching and relaxation is always a good idea.
